The villa is located in a peaceful residential area of the small village of Rédéné in a very popular part of southern Brittany, renowned for its coastal scenery, lovely sandy beaches, pretty fishing villages and opportunities for walking, cycling, horse riding and more.
Villa Finistan is set in a cul-de-sac and not overlooked. It is within walking distance of a bakery, butcher, newsagent and creperie, and only 10 minutes’ drive from several sandy beaches. There is a surf school 10 km away offering surfing courses, canoeing, kite surfing and jet skiing.
Set in a handy location and with easy access to the nearby town of Quimperlé (6 km), the busy port of Lorient (20 km) and also small villages such as Guidel (10 km), Pont-Aven (25 km) and Le Pouldu (19 km) – great for children with sandy stretches, coves, rock pools and some fine places to eat moules-frites.
