Gites for kids on family holidays near the sea
3 good sized gîtes for kids, between 80 and 100 m², brilliantly equipped to accommodate families with babies or children. There is a baby high chair, plus safety gates, children’s cutlery and crockery, mixers, night light, cots, baby booster seat, baby bath, step, child toilet seat, potty, baby monitor, children’s bikes, scooters, walker, toys, bikes, DVDs etc.
All gîtes have a fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, as well as a large fridge-freezer. The rooms are equipped with twin beds, single beds, double beds and cots.
The gîtes open onto a large garden with slides, swings, deckchairs, garden furniture, table football, table tennis and a petanque area. In addition, there is a secure swimming pool with a fence and locked access.
The family houses are very well equipped with everything you need to prepare a good meal. All cottages have their own private shaded terrace and large sofas in the lounge, as well as board games. Smart TV with English and French channels and compatible with Netflix and Youtube.

Our three Gites
All gîtes have at least one bath and one shower: we have one 2 bedroom + 1 bathroom gîte and two 3 bedroom + 2 bathroom gîtes:
– Le Tilleul – 2 bedrooms for 4 people
– La Glycine – 3 bedrooms for 6 people
– La Mirabelle – 3 bedrooms for 7 people
Rent one, two or all the houses for up to 17 guests!
All are renovated farm houses, and we have bicycles for adults, for children with helmets and seats or a baby trailer, and even a draisienne for toddlers and a scooter, for those who want to go for a ride.
Near Gites 1-2-3 Soleil…..
It is a great starting point for fun family excursions:
The beach is a 30-40 minutes by car.
The Château des énigmes is only 10 minutes away by car!
The Paleosite of Saint-Césaire is 40 minutes away by car.
Royan and Saint-Palais-sur-mer are 40 minutes away by car.
The Port of Mortagne-sur-Gironde (nautical activities) is 18 minutes away.
Cognac is 40 minutes away by car
Jonzac (Thermes, Casino, Antilles de Jonzac) 20 minutes drive.
Talmont-sur-Girdonde is 30 minutes away by car.
Saintes (Roman amphitheatre, Abbaye aux dames) 30 minutes drive.
Cycle track 18 minutes away (Port Maubert).
Saint-Fort-sur-Gironde 12 minutes away by car
