L’Ecurie Holiday Home – A village house close to the Vendée coast - From £460 to £1250 per Week

L’Ecurie Holiday Home is situated in the small village of Lairoux, only 15km from the beaches of the Southern Vendée and 10 minutes from Luçon with its many shops, restaurants and pretty park in the centre. The house is set on one level and has two good sized bedrooms – one with two single beds and the other with a king sized bed, single bed, cot and fantastic views over the wetlands in the valley below.

The living room has a 32 inch flat screen TV with UK & French channels, Dvd player, leather sofa and armchair and internet access. There is a separate dining area with a table for up to 6 guests and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you would need for a comfortable holiday. There is also a log burner for the cooler winter months.

The house is well-equipped for families – with a cot, highchair, booster seat, plastic crockery & cutlery and lots of toys and games for children of all ages.

Outside, there is a large, private dining area with table, chairs, barbecue and shady pergola, along with views over the pool and gardens.

There is a 12m x 7m heated pool with sun loungers and parasols. The large gardens are great for picnics and playing and there is a huge games room with Xbox 360, Ping Pong Table, board games, books, DVDs, dressing up clothes and drawing materials. (Suitable for all ages)

This holiday home can be rented individually, or with Le Vieux Café (3 bedrooms) that is at the same location.
