The exterior offers a private heated pool along with a sunny terrace area and garden. The pool is equipped with a roller-blind safety cover. For outside dining, there is also a second shaded terrace to the rear of the villa. The grounds are fully enclosed and gated and there is parking for 4 cars.

The town of Bretignolles sur Mer is between Les Sables d’Olonne and St Gilles Croix de Vie, and provides you with shops, supermarket, restaurants, a twice weekly market and four main beaches. For families with children, the beach of Les Dunes is ideal and offers calm waters. The beaches have lifeguards during the summer season. You will also find beautiful rocky coves and cliff-top walks to explore. There is also a water sports centre offering equipment hire and tuition, (sea kayaking, stand-up, kite-surf) as well as a surfing school. Nearby St Gilles Croix de Vie (12km / 8 miles) is a charming port offering a pretty town centre, excellent facilities and many family holiday activities.
