La Julerie Gites – Les Étables
La Julerie Gites – Les Étables - From 500€ - 1040€ per Week
La Julerie offers 4 gites which can sleep up to 24 people + any babies in cots, situated in a quiet rural location, yet near to historic towns and beaches in Brittany; ideal for large family groups as there is room in one of the gites for all to dine together, and even more space in the large leisure room for parties, including wedding functions, (this facility is only available to guests who rent all 4 of the gites). They have been built in the traditional Breton style, but furnished to meet all modern requirements. Guests will be coming to enjoy the sea, others will wish to be out on the golf courses or by walking, horse riding, cycling, visiting museums or any of the many Breton events that take place throughout the year. We have virtually all of the equipment parents need when taking children on holiday. We can assist all guests travelling from the Uk on Brittany Ferries to obtain 20% discount on their ferry tickets.
Apart from during July and August when we only accept weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday, we accept short term bookings (minimum 2 nights but longer over holiday periods) and are completely flexible on arrival and departure days. For all bookings of less than 7 nights, gusts will pay for 1 night longer than they book, i.e. if weekly cost is 700 Euros, 3 nights will cost 400 Euros. We also offer a 10% discount when only 2 people occupy this gite apart from during July and August.
Les Étables aux Hirondelles sleeps 4. On the ground floor this gite has a delightful corner kitchen, dining area and salon plus a shower room/toilet. Upstairs offers 1 large double bedroom, and 1 twin bedded plus a bathroom.
All guests can enjoy the lovely heated indoor swimming pool in the grounds.
La Julerie provides an ideal centre for all visitors, whether they have come to Brittany to enjoy its wonderful beaches, or to go sight seeing in any of the historic towns including Dinan and St Malo. If you are more energetic there are golf courses in the area. Ramblers can select some of the numerous well signposted, river, country and coastal walks or visits to neighbouring islands.
If your enjoyment is on the water and you want to learn new skills or improve existing ones, why not enrol for classes with one of the local sailing or windsurfing schools. If it is horse riding, then you can enjoy this activity at one of the local equestrian centres.
There are numerous restaurants in the area, some specialising in sea food for which the area is famous, others will offer a full range of traditional French cuisine, and of course there are Le Creperies serving an enormous range of crepes and galettes- a Breton speciality.
The local town Corseul has a small super market, 2 bakeries, a restaurant and a pizzeria and some bars.
