Les Pins du Phare Holiday Home is located in a quiet suburb of La Tranche sur Mer – a bustling seaside resort very popular with tourists from all over Europe.

The house is set in a residential road only 400m from the beach at Le Phare. There is parking to the front and side of the house and the garden is securely fenced off for the security of your children. Inside, the house has a contemporary feel, with an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The house is equipped with everything that you need to enjoy your holiday, and even has a separate TV lounge (UK & French channels) with PS games console to keep your children occupied, whilst you relax and enjoy a glass of local wine.

One of the double bedrooms is located on the ground floor and has an en suite shower room. The other three bedrooms are on the first floor, and each has an en suite shower room. One of the first floor bedrooms has a double bed, one has two single beds, and the third has a set of bunk beds.

Outside, there is a covered veranda with comfy sofas, dining tables and chairs – a great place to unwind after a long day of site seeing. The pool area is fenced off from the patio and the heated swimming pool is 8m x 5m. There are several sun loungers and a further patio table and chairs in the garden.

Well behaved dogs are welcome at Les Pins du Phare.
