Close to some spectacular beaches and the town of Royan, Les Rimaudieres is a perfect getaway for family and friends. Les Rimaudieres is a family run, converted farmhouse and barn comprising of three seperate holiday homes which sleep 8, 8 and 4 people.

The ground floor is very spacious and also has a shower room, with WC in additon to the main bathroom. The lounge area has two two-seater settees. The kitchen has fitted units, a dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, oven, hob, and washing machine.
Outside is a private patio area, equipped with wooden garden furniture and gas barbecue, overlooking the lovely pool and gardens.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bed linen and Towels are provided.
The nearest village Mortagne sur Gironde is only 2 kms away. The nearest beach at Meschers is only 10 mins away and the nearby resort Royan is 20 mins away.
Royan was historically a stronghold to the Gironde because of its strategic location. During the 19th century, its lovely beaches, coves, and pine forests transformed Royan into an outstanding seaside resort. A firm favourite with the French with its chic shops and of course sunshine record equal to the south of France
A popular resort located approximatley 20 minutes drive from Mortagne, Royan has many attractions suited for all the family.Royan’s large beach La Grande Conche is perfect for sunbathing and swimming. Royan and it’s surrounding area offers plenty of other activities include sailing, sand yachting, kite flying, diving, cycling, horseriding and golf; there are also amusements and rides for children.
Take the ferry from Royan or Blaye for the 30 minute crossing to the Medoc and visit the beautiful vineyards where some of the best wine is made.
Bordeaux in south western France is a harbour city on the Garonne and the hub of the famous wine growing area. It is famous for its Gothic St Andrews Cathedral as well as many fine and contemporary art museums, 18th and 19th century mansions. This beautiful city is only one hour away from Les Rimaudieres and is well worth a visit.
