Unique and very spacious property with large private pool and huge sun terrace surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. The grounds are enclosed and ideal for children to play and there is plenty of shade to be found under the palm trees giving an overall exotic atmosphere in the garden. There is reversible air conditioning in part of the villa and wifi.

This Cote D’Azur villa is located near shops, supermarket and restaurants in the delightful medieval hilltop village of Biot (1km). Biot is famous for its glass blowing industry and visitors can watch local artisan at work, a definite must see! This is a great base for discovering the area with Nice airport at just 25 min’, Cannes 35 min’ and the Italian border an hour away.

There are various watersports available just 4-5 km away and many children’s attractions such as Marineland, Aquasplash, a butterfly museum nearby and the sandy beach are less than 10 minutes away.

Kitchen (25m²). Marble floor. Air conditioning. The kitchen opens onto the living room and also sliding door to the terrace. Electric oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster. Utility room (8m²): washing machine, iron, ironing board and hoover.

Other information

Changeover dates: Saturday. In low season non-Saturday arrivals/departures may be considered. Please ask for details.
Check-in on Saturday between 4pm-8pm. Late arrivals can be arranged but must be requested at least a month in advance. Checkout before 10am.
Cot and fans available.
The owner lives in an apartment at the basement level, below the large terrace. The access to the apartment is from the driveway. They do not overlook the garden, pool or terrace but they are on hand if required.
Additional cleaning, baby-sitting and cook available on request and at a supplement. Must be reserved at the time of booking.

The property is located in a quiet residential area and the owner requests that you respect the tranquil setting.

DAY TRIP IDEAS:
ANTIBES: 7km. Antibes is a lovely old town with narrow winding streets, a great selection of restaurants, cafes, piano bars, private clubs, theatres and for art lovers the Picasso museum.

JUAN LES PINS sitting next to Antibes is a very attractive coastal resort with gorgeous beaches, exciting nightlife with trendy night clubs, casino and also night shopping!

GRASSE: 23km. Renowned worldwide for its perfumeries.

CANNES: 19km. One of the unmissable jewel of the Cote D’Azur with sandy beaches and large promenade “Croisette”, chic boutiques, classy restaurants, bars, shops and numerous festivals throughout the year, including of course the Cannes Film Festival in May each year.

FREJUS, SAINT-RAPHAEL: 50km. Frejus is an ancient military port and Roman city with a rich historical and architectural heritage. You will find some superb Roman remains including a Roman theatre still used for various summer events and one of the largest amphitheatres from Gallic times.
