Villa Oceane from Select Villas is a beautiful and modern four-bedroom Cote d’Azur villa for rent with private pool with counter current swimming, enclosed grounds, air conditioning throughout, wifi, sea views from the first floor and garage. 100m from a bakery, 10 min by foot from a sandy and a pebble beach, restaurants and bars. Nice city centre: 30 min.
Very handy location, ideal for visiting local towns, villages and beaches of the Cote d’Azur. Villa Oceane is clost to Antibes 13 min, Cannes 30 min and Frejus-Saint-Raphael 40 min.
This south facing villa is ideal for families wanting to enjoy the privacy of their own villa with private pool whilst being able to walk to all local facilities and beaches. The pool is ideally located in front the villa so that parents can keep an eye on children whilst sipping a drink on the partly covered terrace. The pool surround is made up of artificial grass which makes the pool area pristine at all times!
The villa is located about 100m from the RN7 which is the road that goes from Antibes to Nice. There is a distant noise from the garden but it cannot be heard from inside the villa. Occasionally the train that runs along the coast can be heard.
The pool can be accessed by steps with a shallow area (50 cm) of approximately 2m x 4m. Pool depth: 1.5m throughout. Security system: alarm. Outside solar shower. Outdoor furniture, Charcoal barbecue. Table tennis table.

Ground floor: Bedroom with double bed (140 cm), TV and ensuite shower room and wc.
1st floor: Large master bedroom: 2 x 80 cm electric adjustable beds which form a Queen size bed (160 cm). Lounge area with 2-seater sofa and TV. Ensuite bathroom and wc. Terrace with table, 2 chairs and sea view.

Compulsory cleaning charge of 150€ payable in cash on arrival.

Holiday tax (taxe de sejour) 1.50€ per person per day.
Security deposit: 400€ payable on arrival and refunded on departure once the inventory is done.

GRASSE: 25km – 40 min. Renowned worldwide for its perfumeries.
CANNES: 30 min. One of the must see jewel of the Cote D’Azur with sandy beaches and huge promenade “Croisette”, chic boutiques, classy restaurants, bars, shops and numerous festivals throughout the year.
FREJUS – SAINT-RAPHAEL: Under an hour from the beaches. Frejus is an ancient military port and Roman city with a rich historical and architectural heritage.
Fun days out: AQUASPLASH Antibes: 3.5km – under 10 min. Water park with water slides, wave pool, toboggans, flumes and rubber ring rides and lots more! “CANYON FOREST” Villeneuve Loubet: 3.4km – 6 min. Acrobatic adventure park with 160 tree top challenges of monkey bridges, rope swings, giant zip lines, rock climbing, zip line and a 4km maze. “PITCHOUN FOREST” in Villeneuve Loubet: 5km – Under 10 min. A few minutes further along from Canyon forest is another Park which is a more accessible course for younger children (from 3 or 1m height to 10). 4 courses including climbing, balancing, games and a quiz on animal life.
