Villa Sophora 6P from Select Villas is a large three-bedroom Vendee beach villa with private, heated pool on a well-established and pleasantly lush gated residence of similar properties.
Located in the Oasis Les Jardins holiday park (formerly known as Les Jardins des Sables d’Olonne) this peaceful villa complex is situated 5km from Les Sables d’Olonne, a lively and popular seaside resort with excellent sandy beaches and all the facilities one would expect from a holiday destination with an excellent reputation.

The family-friendly residence offers various on-site facilities such as tennis court, table tennis and play area as well as an acclaimed restaurant.

The Atlantic coast is under a kilometre from the park, the nearest beach just 2 km away.

Villa description

Living room: Living/dining room with TV, hi-fi, sofa, 2 armchairs. Dining table. Sliding doors lead to open furnished terrace.

Kitchen: Fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, electric or ceramic hob, kettle and coffee machine, toaster.

Bedrooms:

• Ground floor: Bedroom with double bed or narrow twin beds (80cm), wardrobe.
• First floor: Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe. Double or twin bedroom, wardrobe.

Bathrooms:

• Ground floor: Bathroom with bath and/or shower, washbasin. Separate wc.
• First floor: Shower room with wc.

Outside and pool

Garden.  7m x 4m Swimming pool , 1.42m depth. Security system: usually alarm but some have a fence or a cover. Steps.
Outdoor furniture, 2 sunloungers. Barbecue.
1 parking space by the villa and additional parking spaces by Reception.

Changeover day
Arrive any day (except Sunday) and between 6/7/24 and 30/8/24 when Saturday changeovers only.
Check-in between 5pm-8pm. Checkout before 10am.

Beds made up on arrival, towels (not beach towels) and tea towels: 27€ per person.

Holiday tax (taxe de sejour) €2.20 per adult (18 years+) per night. (The rate applied depends on the weekly rental price and the composition of the group).

Booking fee: 49€.

Obligatory charge (payable on arrival)

Refundable security deposit: 500€ (credit card only) refunded within one month.

Heated pool: For 2024 pool heating is included for all stays between 27/4/24 to 30/9/2024. Please note that pool heaters are subject to weather conditions, no temperature can be guaranteed. As the heating of the pool is included in the price, no refund can be made in the event of bad weather or temperatures below 10° at night.
Pool heating is available from 1/4/24 to 26/4/24 at 25€ per day and taken for the entire stay. This must be requested at least 7 days before arrival.
Breakfast delivery service. Prices available on request.

Table tennis (rackets available).

The famous Puy du Fou theme park (the fourth most popular attraction in France) is just an hour away from your Vendee Beach villa. This fantastic attraction is great for all ages, and more than a theme park in the traditional sense. The main show takes place in the evening on a huge outdoor stage behind the ruined castle. It tells the story of the 700 years of history in the area in the form of a memorable sound and light show.

“The villa in the Vendee was absolutely perfect for our needs thank you. It was easy to find and beautifully presented. We were a bit worried about the check in time – 5pm on the Saturday as the reception was due to close at 6pm. However, we arrived early at about 4pm and we were allowed in immediately.

The grounds were in great condition and we appreciated the closure for our puppy. The rooms were adequate for our needs and very comfortable. The pool was a welcome temperature and very refreshing in the heat! My only negative was that there was a charge to use the tennis court. However, we did hire it and had great fun, so it cant have bothered me that much!!

“We had a lovely holiday thank you. The villa was very nice and located in a good spot. The children had a nice time. Beaches are lovely and the promenade was fabulous!. We visited the zoo and Puy Du Fou, some towns etc. Was a really great experience, we had been to Puy Du Fou a few years back as well, really recommend for new visitors!  I love the supermarkets and the shops there, so nice!- spent too much of course! Reception staff were friendly. It was really nice –  thank you for all your help and I am sure we will all be in touch again.

“The villa was great, good layout, plenty of seating (inside and out) and plenty of equipment commensurate with a 2 week break. We would definitely return, and since my parents unfortunately were unable to come in the end – so we are already discussing same location for next year.
The awning over the outside seating area was fantastic and made the outside a really ‘usable’ space in hot weather.  The pool was great – especially as it was heated.
The electric blinds that ‘closed’ the house are a great feature and made you feel very secure. ”
