The Evancy Boulogne-sur-Mer apartments are located in front of the casino, right next to the marina. This is just a short walk across a bridge from the town centre. Thanks to its central location close the heart of Boulogne-Sur-Mer, it is the ideal starting point to discover the historic town centre. The Nausicaá aquarium is also only a short walk away from the residence.

The apartments at Evancy Boulogne Sur Mer can accommodate up to 6 people. There are studio flats for 2 people and family apartments for 4 or 6 people.  Each holiday rental in Boulogne-Sur-Mer has a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with flat-screen TV and some with a balcony. This is ideal to fully enjoy the beautiful view of the port and the historical centre.

A paid underground car park is available as well as free parking spaces nearby.
Pets are very welcome in our Evancy apartments ( Supplementary charge – see below) .

Arriving without a car is easy – the apartments are just 300m from the ferry terminal, or 500m from the railway station – a short ride from the Calais Eurotunnel teminal.
As at 2023 ferries from the UK to Boulogne are suspended, but an announcement is awaited from a new company BioFerries on resumption of a service to Boulogne – see THIS PAGE for more details
