Villa Milena from Select Villas is a three-bedroom villa on one level with lovely shaped private pool and flat, enclosed garden. The property has air conditioning in the living room, 3 bedrooms that can be turned into double or twin beds to suit your needs. 2km from the pretty village of Auribeau sur Siagne, between Cannes and Grasse. Beaches 20 min.

Auribeau sur Siagne is a great base for visiting local towns, villages and a short drive down to the nearest Cote d’Azur beaches. Villa Milena is close to Cannes 20 min, Antibes 40 min, Frejus-Saint-Raphael 45 min and also within easy reach of Nice city centre at about 50 minutes’ drive.

Families will enjoy spending time in and around the pool in the safe, flat and enclosed garden which is well maintained with Mediterranean vegetation such as palm trees and olive trees which offers privacy. There are two terraces: 1 south-facing terrace partly covered by two large awnings. The 2nd small terrace with table and two chairs gives onto the other side of the villa and is ideal for cooling off. The main terrace by the pool offers great views over the rolling countryside and has a built-in barbecue ideal for eating out. Table tennis table.

Salt water pool. The pool area is really attractive and can be accessed by steps. Pool depth: 1.2m – 1.95m. Security system: alarm. Outside solar shower. (A salt water pool has much lower salinity than sea water and because it has lower chlorine levels it is much gentler on the eyes and skin).

All bedrooms are the same size: 11m². Double/twin beds can be made into doubles (beds pushed together) or twins on request.
Bedroom 1: Double with King size bed (180 x 200cm).
Bedroom 2: Double/twin (2 x 90cm beds) and desk.
Bedroom 3: Double/twin (2 x 90cm beds) and en suite shower room.

Bathrooms: 1 bathroom with bath and wc. 1 Ensuite shower room to a bedroom with shower and wc.

• Bed linen and house towels (not pool towels). For two week stays or more a change of bed linen and towels is provided.

Compulsory cleaning charge of 150€ payable in cash on arrival.
Security deposit: 800€ payable on arrival and refunded on departure once the inventory is done.

“CANYON FOREST” Villeneuve Loubet: 32km – 30min. Acrobatic adventure park with 160 tree top challenges of monkey bridges, rope swings, giant zip lines, rock climbing, zip line and a 4km maze.
“PITCHOUN FOREST” in Villeneuve Loubet: 32km – 30 min. A few minutes further along from Canyon forest is another Park which is a more accessible course for younger children (from 3 or 1m height to 10). 4 courses including climbing, balancing, games and a quiz on animal life.
